The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will pronounce the Judgment in Boris Kordić et al. tomorrow, 28 June 2022. The pronouncement has been scheduled for 1 p.m. in courtroom 6.

Boris Kordić and other are charged with having committed the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250(2) and (3) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CC B-H), as read with the criminal offenses of Abuse of Office or Official Authority under Article 220 of the CC B-H, Extortion under Article 295 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CC FB-H), and Forgery of a Document under Article 373 of the CC FB-H.
